How to send a pack for repair

Zippers, seams, and buckles are repaired in Salt Lake City. If the pack has to come to the shop, use this sequence.

1. Remove all equipment from the pack, and any accessory pouches or modules that do not need repair.
2. Spray the pack with a pressure washer or thoroughly hand wash it. Do not put the pack in a washing machine.
3. Hang the pack to dry.
4. Box it with your contact information and a clear note of every area that needs repair.
