Shipping

Shipping within the United States is calculated by the weight of the order. Ground and faster UPS services are offered at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.

International shipping

Customers outside the United States are contacted after the order is submitted with a freight quote. Freight for international orders is not calculated online. Freight quotes are available before ordering from customer service at (801) 262-6503, fax 801-268-9272, or [email protected].

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The invoice reflects pricing in effect at the time of shipment.

Payment

Online orders can be paid with PayPal, Pay Later, or a debit or credit card processed by PayPal. Agencies can pay by purchase order or invoice. Phone orders can be paid with Visa or Mastercard.

Returns

All returns must be authorized before return. Returned product must be unopened and in original packaging. If a manufacturer's defect or other situation warrants a return, Thomas EMS issues full credit, including freight.

Claims

Claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately on receipt of the order, by phone at (801) 262-6503 or toll-free at (800) 445-3640. Items held more than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt are not accepted for credit.

Typographical errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Thomas EMS may refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card was charged and the order is cancelled, Thomas EMS issues a credit for the amount of the incorrect price.
