Shipping

Shipping within the United States is automatically calculated by the weight of the order. Options are available for ground, 3 days shipping, 2 day shipping and next business day.

International Shipping

International customers placing online orders outside the United States will be contacted immediately after the order has been submitted and given a freight quote. Freight for international orders is not calculated at the time the order is placed online. Freight quotes can be received prior to placing an order by contacting our customer service department by phone at (801) 262-6503 or fax 801-268-9272 or e-mail info@thomasems.com.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The invoice will reflect pricing in effect at the time of shipment.

Payment

Thomas EMS accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal for orders placed on our web site. Orders placed on the phone can be processed using Visa and Mastercard.

Return Orders Policy

All returns must be authorized prior to return. All returned product must be un-opened and in original packaging. In the event that there is a manufacturer’s defect or other situation that would warrant a product return, Thomas EMS will issue full credit to the customer, including freight.

Claims

All claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately upon receipt of order to Thomas EMS by phone at 801-262-6503 or toll-free at 800-445-3640. Items held more than (30) thirty days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit.

Privacy

All information sent to us is kept confidential and is not shared or sold to any outside companies.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Thomas EMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Thomas EMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Thomas EMS will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
